Roles and responsibilities: Searching for property listings in Jakarta for our client; Uploading the listings to the company database system; Documentation of the property listing by video and photo; Handling inspection for the client; Maintain communication with the property's owner; Updating the property information on the company database. Requirements: Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field; Required language(s): English and Indonesian; Based in Jakarta and ready to start immediately; At least 1 Year of working experience in the real estate industry; Understand of Jakarta area for expatriates and are willing to travel for inspection; Team player and able to work under pressure; Target-oriented person; Strong work ethic and problem-solver.
